ATC considers the Viejas Casino, and its sister deveopment, Viejas Factory Outlet Stores (project summary can be found in our Retail Portfolio) among our hallmark projects. Our relationship with the Viejas Band of Kummeyaay Indians has spanned more than a decade as we have partnered with other professionals to make this development a first class San Diego destination. Since 1995 ATC has served as the tribes construction/field engineers overseeing the quality control program and construction testing and deputy inspection operations. During this time ATC worked closely with the State of California Gaming Commission and authored California’s first Indian Gaming QC Program, Testing Procedures and Approval Criteria which has now been adopted for all Indian Gaming projects.
